Founding Teachers (1st Grade, 2nd Grade, Art, Music & P.E.)

Founding Teachers at The Leadership School must have an entrepreneurial focus. Teacher professional knowledge and insights are key to establishing a successful school. Founding Teachers have opportunities to lead, manage and execute projects and initiatives. They won’t just execute a predetermined vision but help to create the vision. Founding Teachers provide high expectations, structure and accountability to ensure that all students meet or exceed learning and leadership goals. Our teachers must believe that every child deserves access to a high-quality education, and be committed to improving their practice in order to provide the best possible educational experience for all students.
